Shipping is free to all US addresses. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email contact@matchawhiskholder.com and we'll chase it up.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Ceramic pieces are packed in a foam-lined box to survive transit; any damage on arrival is covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
